The 2 things your website NEEDS to CONVEY before you can sell…
I just finished putting together a small video for one of my sites. It’s 54 seconds long, and it conveys the 2 things that you need to convey in order to create a sale:
- Trust
- Confidence
The visitor to your website needs to be confident in your sales message, your promise and you. They have to LIKE YOU. We buy from people we LIKE.
The second element – by no means any less important – is Trust. The visitor has to TRUST you before they hand over their money.
Simple, but often missed when it comes to creating and populating websites.
The 3rd element (yes, I cheated and left that one out…) is Authority.
But I’ll talk more about that anther time
